Brett is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in consulting and software. He’s a former Accenture executive who founded Elevate Simply in 2011, and is now an active investor and advisor on strategy, alignment & engagement.
He’s the creator of the ALIGNWELL alignment analyzer and the Pathway 2 PerformanceTM (P2P) engagement tool. He developed ALIGNWELL after observing a lack of alignment between executives and also within teams, resulting in wasted time, money and effort. He developed P2P after working with leaders and teams on team member engagement and the impact to team performance and an organization’s bottom line.
Brett is a graduate of Graceland University in Iowa, and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
